Pre-service consultation
A discussion may be required before an order is confirmed to establish product suitability, vehicle compatibility and any fitting requirements. The products and charges will be confirmed before you place an order.
Manufacturer's warranty
Dash cams may include a manufacturer's warranty, which may require registration. Warranty information will be provided where applicable. A manufacturer's warranty is additional to your statutory rights.
Payment
The full price of the dash cam must be paid before fitting or delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payment may be made by an accepted bank transfer or card payment method. Any outstanding installation balance is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise. An invoice will show payments received and any outstanding balance. The original terms specified a £10 late-payment charge; any charge must be lawful and agreed in advance.
Delivery
Where equipment is purchased without installation, any delivery charge will be confirmed before the order is placed and is payable before dispatch.
Returns and faulty products
Eligible online and distance purchases generally carry a statutory 14-day cancellation period after receipt. Where permitted by law, a deduction may be made for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. Faulty products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including applicable rights to a refund, repair or replacement. Please contact ACAMADI Automotive before arranging a return so the appropriate procedure can be confirmed.
Order cancellations
The original purchase policy specified a £10 order cancellation charge. Any deduction may only be applied where legally permitted and must not override statutory cancellation or refund rights.
Follow-up appointments
Additional call-outs or follow-up appointments may be chargeable where they fall outside ACAMADI Automotive's obligations to remedy faulty goods or services. Any charge will be discussed and agreed before booking.
Social media and website
Please inform ACAMADI Automotive if you do not want photographs of your vehicle used on its website or social media.
Respect
Abusive, violent or threatening behaviour towards ACAMADI Automotive representatives may result in services being terminated and future bookings refused, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Vehicle warranty disclaimer
Aftermarket electrical accessories, including dash cams and reversing cameras, may affect certain vehicle manufacturer or third-party warranty provisions. Customers should check with their manufacturer or warranty provider before installation.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. The separate Dash Cam Fitting Terms & Conditions apply where an installation service is also purchased.
