Refresh Terms & Conditions
By booking your service you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract.
Your maintenance service is contracted for 12 months from the first maintenance service.
Deposits
As a maintenance client you do not have to pay a deposit for your scheduled services, however ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing Services does reserve the right request a deposit or payment in full before the service is completed.
Additional services may need a deposit.
Photos
Photos are not required before every service. However, if there is a stain or area of the vehicle that needs more attention, please send a photo before the service takes place.
Additional charges may apply.
Appointment Cancellations
If a scheduled service is cancelled, the following service will have to cover the missed appointment.
I.e. if you miss your ACAMADI Mini, the next service will be an ACAMADI standard to maintain the contract and finance.
However if the service can be rescheduled within an acceptable time period (determined by ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing Services), the maintenance service will continue at no extra cost.
Appointment timings
Your service will have an approximate time. If your car needs more time, you may have to pay the full price for that service.
I prefer not to leave until the car is at a standard representative of the ACAMADI quality, however timescales are important.
Payment
Payment for your service can be paid in advance if you choose to.
Payment must be paid within a week after the service has been completed. If you require an invoice, feel free to ask and you will receive an invoice for every service.
If payment is not made within the timescale agreed, then a charge of £10 will be added to the following service.
Further charges are applicable.
Agreement Cancellations
If you want to cancel your agreement early, a cancellation fee is applicable. The fee is dependent on how many services are being cancelled.
Social media & Website
Please inform us if you would not like your vehicle to be on social media or www.ACAMADI.co.uk
Road Risk
ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing Services representatives can move your vehicle with our insurance, however, you may be asked to move the vehicle/s to keep the timings given for the service if you are present.
We are not liable for any pre-existing issues with the vehicle, as stated in the inspection before the service commences. Any pre-existing issues must be declared before booking the service and before the service commences.
The ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing Services representative reserves the right to cancel the service if the pre-existing issue has not been declared or will risk their safety; if it cannot be resolved before the service commences.
Health & Safety
Representatives of ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing Services are expected to keep the area safe for themselves, our clients and third parties, so we do have a standard or working as well as liability insurance.
So we may ask to have the area of work made safe by you, our client, before work begins. If you have anything in the vehicle that may harm the ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing Services representative, please remove this from the vehicle before the service begins.
This also applies to health issues such as used tissues or any toxic chemicals or instrumentation.
The ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing Services representative reserves the right to cancel the service if their safety is at risk, if it cannot be resolved before the service commences.
Respect
ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing services is driven by perfection, not only in the quality of work, but also in the way that we work. In turn, we expect to be treated with respect. If anyone representing ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing Services is verbally or physically abused by any client, we reserve the right to terminate the service there and then.
This will also result in your custom being refused in the future.
