Dash Cam Purchase Terms & Conditions

By buying and/ or booking your service you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract.

A pre service call is required before confirming the booking.

Warranty

Your dash cam comes with a manufacturer warranty which may require registration.

Payment

Payment for your dash cam is required in full before fitting or delivery.

Payment can be made via transfer or by card via a link (stripe). There is a charge for paying by card.

Payment for fitting must be paid once the service is complete, on the day.

An invoice, will be sent out upon payment of the dash cam disclosing amount paid and the remaining balance for fitting.

If payment is not made within the timescale agreed, then a charge of £10 will be added to the invoice.

Further charges are applicable.

Delivery

If you are buying your dash cam without installation, there is a delivery charge applicable. The delivery charge will need to be paid with your dash cam.

Returns

You can return your purchase if unwanted, if it has not been opened, fitted and/or used.

If your item is faulty, you can return the item. The process for returning depends on when the fault is reported (within/after 30 days).

This does not include fitting issues. If fitted by ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing Services, please read our fitting terms and conditions.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order, there is a £10 fee. This will be deducted from your dash cam payment before your refund.

Call out charges

If in the situation where you call for a follow up appointment, this may be chargeable. This will be agreed before the follow up appointment is booked.

Social media & Website

Please inform us if you would not like your vehicle to be on social media or www.ACAMADI.co.uk

Respect

ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing services is driven by perfection, not only in the quality of work, but also in the way that we work. In turn, we expect to be treated with respect. If anyone representing ACAMADI Valeting & Detailing Services is verbally or physically abused by any client, we reserve the right to terminate the service there and then.

This will also result in your custom being refused in the future.

Disclaimers

Your car manufacturer may have warranties that may be invalidated when having a dash cam or reverse camera so please check with the manufacturer before getting the unit fitted.
